Coming from a humble beginning in 2000 with a travel agency, the company has since then taken quantum leaps to become one of the leading business groups in Nepal. The business operation of Incentive group of companies currently encompasses seven business sectors: Banking & Finance, Global Remittance, Tourism, Hydro Power Development, Investment Company, Information Communications Technology and Technical and Professional Institution. Since last several years, commitment to innovation and excellence in quality of services has been the trademark of the company which has a strong adherence to business ethics and corporate social responsibility.

The business operation of Incentive Groups spreads across four different continent/ countries. The major companies of Incentive Groups include- Incentive Tours and Travels, Sansui Treks and Expedition, Incentive Money Transfer, Micro Investment and Development Company, The Creation- International Institute of Fashion Design, Sansui Cooperative and Finance, Incentive Hydro Power and Yoogle Business Technology.

Inspired by their beloved father Man Bahadur Lama and founded by Hari Man Lama and Ganesh Man Lama the early years of Incentive Group were encouraged by the spirit of contributing to the growing international tourism sector in Nepal.  The company has since been committed to positioning itself in the competitive market with a unique tradition of providing additional incentive to its customers apart from the customary high quality of services. 

The expansion of Incentive groups of company is attributed to the widening of its arms for cooperation and partnerships with national, regional and international collaborators.
