Incentive Group of Companies is a rapidly expanding business
group based in Nepal with momentous domestic and international operations.
Coming from a humble beginning in the year 2000 with a Travel Agency,
the company has since then taken massive leaps to become one of the leading
blue chip business groups in Nepal. The business operations of the Incentive
group of companies currently encompass seven business sectors: Banking
& Finance, Global Remittance, Tourism, Hydropower Development, Investment,
Information Technology and a Professional and Technical
Institution. Since the last several years, commitment to innovation
and excellence in quality of services has been the hallmarks of the company
which has a strong adherence to business ethics and corporate social responsibility.
The business operations of the Incentive Group spread across four different
continents. The major companies of Incentive Group include- Incentive
Tours and Travels, our flagship company & from where it all started;
Sansui Treks and Expedition followed after this, Incentive Money Transfer,
Micro Investment and Development Company, The Creation – an International
Institute of Fashion Design, Sansui Cooperative and Finance, Sansui Hydropower,
Virgin Himalaya (Airlines and Airport Management) and Yoogal Business
Technology (Gateway for e-business Solutions).
Inspired by our beloved father Maan Bahadur Lama and
founded by Hari Man Lama and Ganesh Man Lama,
the early years of Incentive Group were encouraged by the spirit of contributing
to the growing international tourism sector in Nepal. The company has
since been committed to positioning itself in highly competitive markets
with a unique tradition of providing useful & practical incentives
to its customers apart from the customary high quality in grass-root services.
The expansion of the Incentive group of companies is endorsed to the
widening of its networks for cooperation and partnerships with national,
regional and international collaborators. The last decade has witnessed

Governance
The Incentive Group of Companies is governed by a Board of Directors (BOD),
which is the supreme policy making body that directs, guides and instructs
the entire functions & operations of the company, and establishes
partnerships with national and international companies. The BOD includes
the visionary founding leader, his associates, and the chief executive
officer who is duly supported and assisted by a pool of qualified, experienced
and committed members of a devoted team.
